Yoga is an ancient practice of combining physical postures with the use of breath intended to bring peace and wellbeing. For children, yoga is accomplished by movement, expression, stories, games and fun! Established in the principles of non-violence, truthfulness and respect, yoga promotes healthy bodies, peaceful minds and happy hearts for children of all ages.
